You can use safety pins if you want to keep looking in the long run, or you can buy a gauze-like-something like this is a long strip on a roll and you can get it in different widths, as 1 / 2 ", 3 / 4 inch, etc. Put in between layers of fabric, iron and woila!

Glue gun or self-adhesive Velcro. You can get EYE hardware, in May, but even faster than sewing. If you really do not, you can probably a stapler, but I do not know, "think it's great.

Make it like a man - Use duct tape or staples.

This is a book: Heat n Bond iron-on adhesive hem.
Just follow the instructions on the package and heat the iron in the tissues. Fold the cloth over the rod, and sticks.
I've used is also in the pen, it works much better to give a group more easily in the top of the stem on.
