Index Of Games Exe I Downloaded Trackmania Game And Now I Need Help!?

I downloaded trackmania game and now i need help!? - index of games exe

I downloaded the mania Nations theme is always free version of its official website (http://www.trackmania.com/index.php?rub = ...). is *. exe file and does not know wat to open the game with the configuration.
When I click on a start next application window and select the most applications such as WinZip, etc, etc, but nothing seems to help !!!!! I need to play great games 3D car race (awesome graphix genius) ... U guys do not help me with this problem or tell me a good car game free 3D graphix cool (link) to ... and ... Thank you:)
